A hip and happening spot where diners can simply relax and let their hair down while enjoying delectable dishes like no other. A starter that showcases the boldness and creativity of the team is the foie gras parfait cigar, quince gel with bread and butter ash is beautifully presented to mimic cigars on an ash tray. For the freshness of the sea, the ceviche is a great option with snapper, squid, tomato ice, kokka melon and interestingly Balinese sambal is added into the mix, an odd combination but somehow it works with the spiciness paired perfectly with all the other elements in the dish. Moving onto the small plates, where diners will find some classics with a twist. The potato, egg and truffle dish is simple yet absolutely delicious with A mixture of gnocchi, potato crisps and skins is topped with an egg slow cooked at 63 degrees Celsius as well as truffle cream and butter. A fun dish to share is the corn, popcorn, chipotle and manchengo, presented impeccably yet again, it will certainly be a talking point at the table, the corn is mildly spicy with a touch of saltiness and crunch from the crumbed popcorn. For poultry, the tender chicken with black garlic aioli and pearl barley served along with jus and crispy skin on the side is a dish worthy of savouring.
