The Degustation menu consists of 4 mains and 3 desserts in delicate tasting portions. Starting off with the absolutely enticing fresh Diver Scallop with peach, almond, vinaigrette and samphire. Followed up by The Yellow Fin Tuna, cooked to perfection pink on the inside and laced with crunchy sesame seeds on the outside, it is served with cucumber, wasabi sorbet and ponzu on the side. Showcasing their dedication to seafood, Red Mullet fish is served with cauliflower, pine nuts and raisins. For meat lovers, fret not, the Angus beef is divine, tender and succulent, comes with corn, onion and topped with Asian barbeque sauce. For satisfying sweet ending, a deconstructed Blueberry Cheese Cake with pistachio sponge and blueberry ice cream, Baileys Coconut Praline as well as Black Forest Macaroon are served for a perfect end to the meal.
