1. What is your dream destination and why?

Amore Italia! I love the attitude of the Italian people, the culture, the food, the shopping – it’s just the most magical place on Earth!

 2. Three things that you could never travel without?

My iPhone for taking pictures, passport and ideally my husband. Traveling is better as a shared experience in my book.

 3. Which destination surpassed your expectations and surprised you the most?

Norway. I had heard about the fjords being incredible but they were actually breathtaking. I felt like I was on the set in Middle Earth.

 4. Where and what was your most memorable meal you have ever had while travelling?

Near Positano my husband and I found this little pizza place that served up the most fresh wood-fire pizzas and the best clam vongole you’ll ever try. I also have a slight addiction to balsamic vinegar so this joint really hit the spot.

 5. Where are you looking to travel to next?

Next week to Australia, then Taiwan and as I write this I’m currently in Bangkok. I have an extra large passport for a reason!

 6. What projects are you currently working on?

I have an interview with one of the biggest Hollywood stars in the biz coming up. You’ll have to watch E! News Asia to find out more.

 7. Do you have any tips or advice for budding hosts?

No one will believe in you until you believe in yourself.
