The newest celebrity chef restaurant on the block at Resorts World Sentosa is Syun, lead by renowned award winning chef Hal Yamashita from Kobe, Japan bringing a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine to Singapore.

Beautiful wood elements make up the ambiance of this exquisite restaurant, one would notice even fine details are taken into account such as matching wood grain of two tables laid side by side.

Service staff are well trained, extremely prompt and polite, always ready to answer any questions diners might have or to offer sake pairings that goes well with your meal.

Beef lovers are in for a whale of a time with special beef imports from Kobe, Kagoshima, Hida and even Omi for dishes as the signature Sea Urchin Rolled by Wagyu Beef, fresh uni wrapped with perfectly sliced beef and topped with caviar served in a zesty citrus yuzu sauce served on a golden spoon. Another favourite dish that needs a preparation time of almost a week is the gorgeously plated Grilled Cod with Saikyo miso yuzu sauce and dried mullet powder.

A delightful range of sushi, sashimi, shabu shabu and sukiyaki are available using high quality produce and ingredients.

Notable mentioned is a premium eight or six course as well as a value for money kid’s menu can be ordered.

Save space for dessert as the Match Moanka Ice Cream and Chocolate and Azuki Bean Terrine are sublime.

Together with your food a unique Kimoto style sake (Yamadanishiki 24% and Kinuhikari 76%) specially made for Chef Hal Yamashita is a good choice that is only available at his restaurants.
