Salmon Aburi

The dishes are expertly prepared, with ingredients flown in from Japan twice a week, diners can enjoy signature dishes such as his baked Black Cod Soy, which can also be topped with foie gras for a decadent twist; Salmon Aburi Maki Roll, resplendent with creamy avocado, cucumber and crispy tempura flakes, all topped with seared salmon and the house special cheese sauce; and Kagoshima Wagyu Steak, a plate of perfectly seared medium rare steak that has been thinly sliced to accentuate the meat’s tenderness.

Notably, the restaurant also provides an excellent option for lunches without breaking the bank. At affordable prices, diners can enjoy bento boxes, sashimi platters and donburis, all while enjoying a sunny afternoon by the bay. Covering a wide range of tastes, the lunch menu has classics like the 24-hour marinated and hand-battered Chicken Karaage Bento and the Bara Chirashi Don, which includes a chef’s selection of sashimi, ikura and tamago, as well as fusion rolls like the Spicy Salmon and Salmon Roll, comprising spicy mayo, salmon, green onion and a spicy garlic ponzu sauce.
