Must try dishes are White Asparagus, Parma Ham and Egg Tortino, air flown in white asparagus from Japan is slightly milder in flavour and more tender than their green counterparts balancing the salty parma ham well; Tagliolini with Hokkaido Sea Urchin, pasta is cook perfectly al dente and with smooth textured uni that taste almost custard like with its creaminess; Kagoshima Wagyu Tenderloin Steak with Red Wine Sauce, extremely tender beef from one of the most famous wagyu prefecture in Japan.
