For entrée, the best-selling Watermelon with Ground Salmon will definitely bring some excitement to the taste buds. Imagine a colourful combination of juicy watermelon balls covered with savoury ground salmon plus a mix of freshly sliced and fine crispy shallots topped with generous amount of ikura (salmon roe). A daring and bold take on the traditional which pays off with the ikura saltiness harmonising well with the watermelon sweetness. Truly a perfect combination.
Another highlight from the starters would be the Tapioca Dumplings served with mustard leaves, smoked trout, toasted peanuts and sesame seeds from Northern Thailand. Wrapped the dumplings in mustard leaves and simply pop this into your mouth and chew to release and relish it’s heavenly mix of textures.
Do not miss the Pomelo Salad with Spanish Red Prawn with Asian citron, home-made chilli jam and gapi khoei plankton paste. Crab Curry served with hummingbird flowers, Thai samphire and turmeric is a brilliant signature main course.
