If you are one for unique pre dinner drinks the restaurant has three special “Cocktails on Tap” such as Gin & Tonic, house distilled nutmeg gin, clove “Tonic” water, fresh calamansi lime and handpicked nutmeg leaf, aromatic spice notes from the nutmeg and clove reinvents the traditional classic cocktail; Pina Colada, white rum, pineapple, fresh coconut water and a special caramelized coconut meringue that covers the top of the glass in a pretty fashion that taste as good as it looks.

Menu is simple yet indulgent with speciality starters like Oyster and Beef Tartare, delicious combination of flavours and textures with oyster cream served with sourdough; Octopus, daikon, dashi and oba plated beautifully with the Japanese vegetables complimenting the well marinated octopus without overpowering the main ingredient.

Continue your culinary journey with mains Roast Pork Belly, slightly sour apple slices and charred leek; Beef Short Rib, well caramelised onion, horseradish, truffle jus.

Have some sides to go with your meal such as Spiced Chats with sour cream and mint; Tomato and Snow Pea Salad with honey mustard or the popular Brussel Sprouts with smoked bacon and maple butter.

When it comes to dessert, Yogurt Parfait consisting of yuzu sorbet, mandarin, black sugar crumble goes perfectly with the selection of dessert wines.
