Long Chim Singapore

An establishment that boast spectacular interiors worthy of being featured in top architecture magazines, set in a cosy dim lit ambiance with beautiful wood lined ceiling fixtures and gorgeous art deco toilets with modern open concept kitchens full of buzz.

Helmed by executive chef David Thompson, who gave Thai food its first Michelin star with London’s Nahm and his well trained team who dishes out not only amazingly delicious food and innovative drinks but impeccable service as well.

Tease your palate with choices of appetizers such as Prin’s Noodles a special dish only serve in Long Chim Singapore similar to the local Char Kuay Teow with a twist of pork, prawns and oyster sauces, Wagyu Beef Skewers, tender beef further enhanced with cumin, coriander and turmeric, Dried Prawns Ginger Toasted Coconut, a kaleidoscope of flavours and textures all blended into one, wrapped in betel leaves for that hands on dining experience.

Stellar mains include Crunchy Pork On Rice moderately salty balanced with hoisin and chilli sauces, Green Beef Curry that comes with chillis, Thai basil, cucumber and roti (a type of bread served at the side best eaten by dipping in the curry), Tilapia In Salt Crust, whole fish covered in salt and baked with its scales on perfectly keeping all the moisture in while absorbing flavours from the salt.

Skip the after dinner cuppa and instead order Thai Coffee Ice Cream for your caffeine fix and to satisfy that sweet tooth, a brilliant way to end your memorable meal that celebrates the finer things in life.

Drink: An excellent cocktail and wine list to fit most palates.
