Dedicated to bringing the freshest and highest quality internationally sourced seasonal ingredients with the ambition to showcase its diversity, richness and quality of award winning owner chef Yong Bing Ngen fused with Jing’s executive chef Yang Lai Fatt, to please even the most discerning diner’s palate.

Located in the swanky One Fullerton Bay in the heart of the financial district, the recently revamped restaurant that puts more focus on live seafood presents chef Yong’s fresh take on the traditional. True to his signature style, chef Yong puts his own dynamic and playful spin on classic Cantonese favourites resulting in an unique menu at Jing.

Chef Yong’s reinterpreted dishes include Jump Over to Jing and Supreme Seafood Fried Rice with Roe that is both filled with ingredients fit for an emperor.

Not to forget is his Signature Chilli Crab accompanied best with steam or fried buns or if you are into fancier Cantonese dishes the Chilean Sea Perch deep fried in champagne sauce accompanied with grapes will please many.

Dim sum is also offered together with set menus and a weekend Alacarte brunch buffet that is extremely value for money.

With all the fine food comes an extensive list of wines from around the globe to be complemented with either in the main dining hall, at the alfresco area or even in the private rooms.
