They fish are packed in ice and flown into Singapore overnight three times a week once they are caught by the fishermen at the Port of Thessaloniki and Chalkida, in order to maintain authenticity and high standards of their dishes. Even their extensive range of wines are carefully handpicked from the Nemea mountains vineyards in Greece, ensuring the perfect pairing of food and drink.

A great way to start the meal is with the classic Greek salad, light and simple, it consists of a lovely combination of fresh vegetables topped with feta cheese and finished off with Greek olive oil.
