Adrift

Adrift is an opulent yet cosy restaurant at one of the most famous and celebrated hotels in Singapore, Marina Bay Sands.

A dimly lit atmosphere sets the mood with stylish furniture and a grand bar at the door for a welcome drink or two before your meal.

This much talk about restaurant serves a cuisine that plays with a range of tangs from mild to sweet and to spicy inspired by celebrity Chef’s David Myers adventures around the globe.

Start your meal with its delightful appetisers such as Little Bahn Mi, a traditional Vietnamese sandwich with a twist, stuffed with foie gras and vegetables bursting with an array of flavours,

King Crab Melt, dished out in appetizingly mini bite size pieces with pickles as well as Crispy Fried Chicken served with a mustard miso dip, don’t let its simple looks deceived you, moist and juicy on the inside as much as its perfectly crisp on the outside.

Continue your indulgence with Maine Lobster with coconut Japanese style mochi and celery root; beautifully marbled succulent Kagoshima Beef complimented well with homemade onion jam and ponzu, a staple Japanese sauce; rich Iberico Pork well balanced taken with salted plum and sweet potato.

Add on sides of Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms, smoked tomato chili dressing or Grilled Corn, dashi butter, furikake to go with your mains.

Save space for top notch experimental desserts like Caramel French Toast, coconut sorbet, kopi (coffee) syrup and Cherry and Shiso Sorbet, almond brittle with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Drink: An enormous selection of cocktails and wines by the glass and bottles.
